Arheus Dental T&Cs

1. Eligibility

This launch offer is available to New Patients only who:

• Have not previously registered with Arheus Dental.

• Have not previously attended Arheus Dental for any consultation, examination or dental treatment.

• Are aged 18 years or over (or are the parent/legal guardian booking on behalf of a child, where applicable).

• Join an eligible Arheus Dental Membership Plan at the time of their first appointment or before their first appointment takes place.

2. Offer Details

Eligible patients will receive 100% off the standard fee for a New Patient Examination (worth £135) when they enrol in an eligible Arheus Dental Membership Plan.

The complimentary New Patient Examination includes the standard assessment normally provided as part of a new patient consultation. Any additional investigations or treatment required, including but not limited to radiographs, photographs, scans, hygiene treatment or emergency treatment (where not included within the standard examination), will be charged in accordance with Arheus Dental current fee guide.

Membership fees remain payable in accordance with the selected membership plan.

3. Promotional Period

The promotion is valid from 1 September 2026 until 31 January 2027, unless withdrawn earlier.

The promotion may end before this date once the maximum number of promotional appointments has been reached.

4. Availability

The offer is limited to the first 100 new patients who:

• Book a New Patient Examination during the promotional period;

• Attend their appointment; and

• Join an eligible Arheus Dental Membership Plan.

Appointments will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

5. Booking & Redemption

To claim this offer:

• Patients must mention the Launch Offer when booking their appointment.

• The appointment must be attended during the promotional period.

• The offer is limited to one complimentary New Patient Examination per eligible patient.

• Membership must be active before or on the day of the examination.

6. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If a patient:

• Cancels with less than 48 hrs notice, or

• Fails to attend their appointment without prior notice,

Arheus Dental reserves the right to withdraw the promotional offer and charge the standard New Patient Examination fee for any rebooked appointment.

7. Non-Transferable

This offer:

• Has no cash alternative or cash value.

• Cannot be transferred to another person.

• Cannot be exchanged for another service.

• Cannot be used retrospectively.

• Cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, discount or corporate scheme unless expressly agreed by Arheus Dental.

8. Membership

This offer is available only in conjunction with an eligible Arheus Dental Membership Plan.

If membership is cancelled before the New Patient Examination is completed, Arheus Dental reserves the right to charge the standard examination fee.

Membership is subject to its own separate Membership T&Cs.

9. Clinical Care

Participation in this promotion does not guarantee acceptance for any specific dental treatment.

All treatment recommendations remain entirely at the discretion of the treating dentist and will always be based on clinical judgement and the patient’s individual needs.

10. Right to Withdraw

Arheus Dental reserves the right to:

• Withdraw;

• Amend;

• Suspend; or

• Extend

this promotion at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

11. General

• This promotion is intended for genuine new patients of Arheus Dental.

• Standard practice policies, including appointment, cancellation and payment policies, continue to apply.

• By participating in this promotion, patients agree to be bound by these T&C.

• These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Scotland
